PettyOfficerMichaelDavis(JeremyDavis)isthenewbietoSEALTeamVI,butafterhisfirstmissiontheyoungsoldierisweatheredbeyondhidyears.HisfirstassignmentasfortheeliteblackopssquadisasCommunicationsOfficerforthemicrogroundassaultteamthatenabledsurgicalaerialassaultsofstrategictargetsinIraq,primingalliedforcesforthewhatisnowknownasOperationDesertStorm.Thehonorofbeingpartofthespecialforcesunitisenrichedbythefactthatheisinvitedintotheunitleadbythebest,MasterChiefDevonMackefy(KenGamble). Theteam,havingjustreturnedfromonemission,iscalledintodutyonceagain,because“Macisthebest”.Feelingthepullofthecall,andgivennooptionbythepowersthatbe,ourheroesgointothethickofitwiththeusualdisadvantages-tired,shortbyonemanandinneedofgearingupintheweaponsdepartment;allwiththeirinvisibilitybeingparamount. TheteamisroundedoutbyPettyOfficerWilliams(KristofferGarrison),PettyOfficerSanchez(NetaDePaula)andChiefPettyOfficerRoberts(ZachMcGowan).Theteam’sonlycontactiiIraqiisJamal(AmolShah),aKurdwhohaslosthisfamilytothewarandnowhelpstheU.S.intheseisolatedcovertoperations.Theirsolemission:markaerialtargets,avoidcaptureandstayaliveforfourdays.Buttheenemyisineverydirection.TensionsarehighsinceDavisisuntestedinthefieldandMacisdistractedbyarecentpersonalloss.Allthesecomplicationsthreatenthesuccessofthemission,aswellastheteam’ssurvival.
